Cumbria Cerebral Palsy is a long established local charity working with
children and adults who have cerebral palsy living in Cumbria.
The Society is a totally independent organisation and provides
a variety of services:
We provide residential care at Scalesceugh Hall,
the only residential home for adults with cerebral palsy in Cumbria.
We
provide the following community services throughout Cumbria:
- Day
care for those living independently in the community or at
home with parents.
- Respite care.
- 3 part-time support workers.
- Information and advice.
- Toy and equipment libraries.
- Accessible transport in the community where needed.
- 9 fund-raising branches throughout Cumbria.
- 2 charity shops in Carlisle.
